So, today it was decided to reopen the harbor to the public by unlocking the gates, reopening the dock crabbing/fishing, and accesses everywhere... our Governor is "
guided by Science and data", and although we have had 238 cases in the last 3 days, remember that on 17 May we only had 9 cases...so, what more logic guided or proof do you need ? ... She has this Virus thing on the run and Oregon is open for business!
